About Me
As I grew up, I often felt as though I was falling behind. Overwhelmed by responsibilities, I struggled to keep up and never believed I was reaching my full potential. Lacking a proper understanding of my ADHD, I exhausted myself by masking my symptoms and trying to fit in with others. Despite my efforts, I continued to feel different, which had a significant impact on my confidence.

My turning point came when I was struggling with burnout, chronic fatigue, and depression. I was frequently sick, and my grades did not reflect my true abilities. During this time, I felt unsupported and misunderstood, unsure of how to move forward. At 18, I was finally diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety. This diagnosis helped me realize that I am not broken; I am simply wired differently. This shift in perspective enabled me to embrace my unique way of thinking and living.

I was drawn to coaching after I started to rebuild trust in myself and worked with my strengths instead of against them. I became a certified professional ADHD life coach through an ICF-Accredited ADHD coach education and training program, which strengthened my belief that every person already holds their own answers within them. Coaching creates the space to access them through curiosity, exploration, and support.
